Great burger if overcooked a bit. Excellent service. "Chips" were soggy and way overcooked, tasted like they were fried 4 times then microwaved. The kicker was the splinter under my fingernail the table gave me, still quite painful. I'd give it another go, if someone else is paying.
The girl behind the bar was nice and helpful, we were out of staters. She made the best bloody Mary‘s and they have the best veggie burger. The Portabella mushroom sandwich was not great.
Excellent service, friendly staff, and the vegan shepherd's pie is life changing!
Considering how slow they were, it's pretty pathetic that my wife's burger that was requested to be cooked medium was crunchy and her side of coleslaw was forgotten. We ordered it as takeaway and when I called to complain, all they offered was to come back for the slaw. Not sure we'll be back. The last time we ate in and they didn't pour the Guinness correctly. Very disappointed.
Great food and great beer! Best place to get a tenderloin in town, hands down!
This was my first time there and I was very disappointed. Poor service. Our breaded mushrooms were served still ice cold in the middle with the wrong dipping sauce. The waitress didn't give us silverware until after our entrees were served. I ordered a salad but didn't get it until I asked for it and then the waitress tried to guess the salad dressing I had originally asked for. I had a terrible experience here. We waited a very long time for our food and when it got there the chips were burned and tasted like old cooking oil. I ordered the blanket bangers and the pastry (the small amount that was on there) was undercooked and gooey. I couldn't get the waitresses attention to let her know the problem and she never checked on us after bringing the food to the table.
