Great job
Never buy or rent from RED KITE very poorly run organisation, on the case when their service charge is due but when you have issues good luck. I've had mould and damp issues with a property that I own but managed by Red kite.
Poor communication. Increasing service charges but not much to show for it including very poor security (parcels are getting stolen). Promises of hearing back within 3 days but then you will never hear from them again. If you look at the other bad reviews, Red Kite have just copied and pasted the exact same response each time saying to get in touch but if you do, they either don’t respond or nothing changes
