Excellent support when my first spigot split on me. My 5 gallon keg was pretty easy to seal up by soaking for a couple of days and waxing the lower 1/3. My mead is getting very clear and taking on an amazing bourbon scent which makes this batch of mead something truly special. I am freaking delighted!

My first barrel (2 litre) was leaky. The friendly staff at Red Head immediately sent a new barrel, fully engraved like the first one, and it cured quickly within 48 hours. My 1st 1.75L is aging now (Wild Turkey 101) ...and I'm eager for the 30 day process to be done! Thanks, Red Head!! Great company! Fast and helpful!!

I purchased a 10 liter barrell and I can't get it to cure and today makes week number 2 that I been soaking it, it's leaking on the underside from under the hoops. It's a small drip that continuously comes and goes. Good barrell but a bit disapointed about the small unstoppable leak.

My first barrel a (one litre) created great flavor to my homemade whiskey, awesome! Downfall was it never sealed up tight even after letting it soak for 2 days..slow leak, no biggie have to let the Angels have some too. I ordered a second barrel (5 litre) it doesn't seem to have as much charring as the first one. To my dissapointment this one leaks too. Still under warranty but I don't want to empty it out to send it back. I tried to tighten the bands and also applied the wax to help seal it up but no go.

Awesome to do business with. Ordered multiple barrels, cigar barrel and engraved glassware which all came out great. Ended up having a barrel issue on one barrel and they took care of it quickly. great business and a great product. I will be doing a lot more business with them!!!!

Amazingly incredible company, deserving of TEN stars!! We purchased four 10L oak barrels with one having a defect, a replacement was immediately sent. Communication was always attentive and caring. We are replacing barrels purchased from another company after having them only a few months. The difference between the two outlets was as night and day. A toast to Red Head Barrels!

I bought a 2L barrel from redhead shipping was fast and communication was great. I watched all there videos on how to cure the barrel. I have leaks in the front and rear, and a new leak in the staves.
