So disappointed in this unusable/unreturnable item. After spending $144 on the 5 litter upright barrel, problems not resolved by customer service. Unusable after 5 terrible batches. Cork lid, with rusty screw that collects condensation, does not keep out fruit flies. Constant leaks and wood tap becomes clogged frequently due to narrow aluminum channel. Superb customer service. Very happy with the barrels. When we needed help, they responded immediately and checked back to see if we were happy.
My barrel came fast and is beautiful. When I had an issue with putting the spout in they were very quick to take care of the problem with no costs to me. I highly recommend them. Great American company!
