Red Dragon have been brilliant from the time our insurance company first contacted them to help us after our flood. They telephoned us within a couple of hours of the matter being reported to them and were with us in person the next day to assess the situation and to start the drying out process for the house. The team have been really professional and helpful throughout and we couldn't have asked for a better company to help in a time of desperate need! We would definitely recommend Red Dragon.

After flooding, the workmen were understanding, polite and helpful. They did an amazing job drying the house out and went above and beyond. I can highly recommend this company

I had a burst pipe while I was away and these guys were amazing. Really professional but empathetic and friendly too. Dehumidifiers and heaters were in within a couple of days. Alot of my belongings had to go into storage and when they were returned to me, everything was so well packed, clean and undamaged. They made a very stressful situation a little less awful :) highly recommend!

We had extensive water damage in our house, caused by a broken pipe in the attic. The insurance company initially appointed some cowboy outfit who basically did nothing. After we complained, Red Dragon were called in. What a change!!! Within a few hours we had dehumidifiers running everywhere and a few days afterwards two teams arrived to help to move our belongings to a dry environment.
