Worst rental company I've ever had to deal with. Mice, roaches, mold and uncaring land lords will have you quaking in your boots. I will go into my horror story that I lived in for 2 years when I have the time. These idiots buy property in poverty and crime ridden areas and try to make them livable, which is a complete joke! I lived with Red Brick for 6+ years. Their response time on issues in the last 4 years or so has been great. Move-out experience was excellent and getting almost all of my security deposit back was a very pleasant surprise.
I've been leasing a Red Brick property since last August and my experience has been nothing but unprofessional and disappointing. While the properties are great, the management's complete disregard for their tenants is unacceptable. Once my lease is up in March, I will never lease another Red Brick property again.
The absolute WORST maintenence department! I would not recommend Red Brick to my worst enemy, simply because of their maintenance team. I have never seen a custom service centered business that has zero compassion for their tenants. I cannot wait for the end of our lease!!
I looked at this place a couple weeks ago, was ready to sign a lease today but the utter lack of staffing competency made me change my mind.
Only because zero stars isn't an option.
