A comically evil company that makes Sheev Palpatine look realistic by continually trying to siphon money out of its tenants with minimal communication and awful response time to maintenance requests. They will literally give you the Nazi’s defense at the Nuremberg Trials as an acceptable response for asking them to be understanding and work with you. Oh yeah and when you complain about the violence on your front porch (including when a man was shot in the head, died, and it took nearly a week for them to clean the blood) the... read more

So, this email came to everyone in the building. #1 way to make everyone think their neighbor is a snitch. Way to build a sense of community. Why not address the person individually? 2 Could you be getting “recent” complaints because nobody can leave the dang house? I really don’t get chastising the whole place, causing everyone to wonder. I think this is silly. Be a grown up and address the “responsible resident”. I think sending a blanket email and causing potential suspicion among the residents is a poor choice.

Red Brick STL is probably one of, if not THE, worst property management companies in the city of St. Louis. The buildings look nice, but don’t fall for it once you sign your lease you become a number. They’re corrupt and greedy. I could go into detail, but I don’t even think it’s worth it. I will never rent from your company again and I will spread the word and hopefully deter others from making the same mistake I did.

I wouldn’t recommend Redbrick to anyone. My roof has been leaking for over a year now. They claim to have someone fixing the roof but I still haven’t seen any improvements. The door to get in the building is not secure the call box has been broken for three months now. The trash is never picked up. The dumpster overflows with trash and has trash bags all over the ground. Not to mention I’ve been asking to have my lights replace for two months still no luck. Everyone in the office plays the pass around game when things need t... read more

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful exterior of the Milton. I have had my car window busted two times at this location. I even woke up early one morning to go to work to find someone attempting to break into the building. I have rented from Red Brick for several years and have not had any issues until living at this apartment complex. This is an unsafe area and I would not recommend renting at this location. Management refused to work with me in getting out of my lease. The early termination fee was $2500. They have no empathy ... read more
