I lived with RB for a year and really loved it. The way that RB does showings for apartments is really relaxed and you can get a lot accomplished. I'm trying to find a place out of state right now and really nothing compares. I did have to follow up on maintenance requests and had issues with my heater in the middle of winter but they were able to fix it after a few attempts.

Within 24 hours of my request for maintenance work, my overhead light was fixed *and* moisture stains were cleaned from my living room ceiling. WOW, thank you so much! Somebody please offer Chris Pruett (spelling?) a raise!
I personally wouldn't endorse nor have anyone I know to get involved with this albatross of a Company, RED BRICK is very unprofessional prices are overrated and the maintenance is deplorable. Unethical management staff is the absolute worst that I've ever encountered.
