My friend has had bad experience with you and you guys are not doing anything for him. If anything I will call corporate on your company if you do not help my friend out

RecommendedI've been renting with redbrick since July working with the soulard office and Adrienne specifically. they've been wonderful! They made moving to a new city as easy as possible and have done everything in their power to welcome us and help take care of any problems we've had.
they have a friendly office manager and they are very trustworthy
I would definitely recommend Red Brick STL to my friends and family who are looking to rent in the CWE, Soulard, & Downtown area ! I have not encountered any issues whatsoever! I've been renting through Red Brick for a little over 2 months now, and they've been nothing but quickly, efficiently accommodating in any maintenance issues that we've had.

I have had an enjoyable experience renting from redbrick properties. I love the fact that the maintenance department is really through as soon as you put your request in they come out expeditiously to address any problem that you have. Melanie Reeves is my property manager and she has been a pleasure renting from very professional and undundertand. I rented an amazing place in the Soulard/Benton Park area for 8 months and absolutely loved it. It had new appliances, a washer/dryer, refurbished original hardwood floors, and assigned parking. The management company was very responsive to any problems I had, Niki especially was great to work with. I unfortunately had to end my lease due to moving out of the area. I'd definitely recommend renting from them.
