Recently I experienced a maintenance issue in my rental property from Red Brick. I reached out to my property manager, Melanie, and she called me within the hour to touch base and offer assurance that the issue would be resolved immediately. Within the week, the problem was fixed. Throughout the entire week Melanie kept lines of communication open and kept me updated. I like how Red Brick is constantly upgrading and improving all of their units. My previous landlord never made any improvements to the apartment. They make leasing an apartment very easy.
Jessica Prose is one of the the best leasing managers at this company she put in a lot of work and effort to get me into my apartment in the Soulard area and I love my new home thanks Jessica

Jessica from the Soulard location went above & beyond when I was looking to move on a short notice, and was very friendly! RedBrick is a great company that cares about their tenants and is very responsive when it comes to requests and maintenance!
I have lived in my Red Brick apartment for almost a year now. They are by far the best property management company I have ever dealt with. Very responsive to maintenance stuff and always willing to help. Staff is really friendly!
