I called to check on my appointment. First they called back and requested to check. Then the call dropped and they didn't call back. I tried calling back again and they called back 4 hours later. The admin team manning the phones need more guidance. The doctor who saw me was brilliant. Help me and answered all my questions. Mixed feelings
I am concerned about the way my son is being treated by the 18-25 year old team. My son has just been dumped not seen a doctor in months and his link worker up and lefted and he has just been forgotten. I as his mum and another perant clearly have not been listen to and the manager said he 2ould be realacated a worker and what has happen apart for nothing. Also I am on the phone on hold and 38.08 minutes and I still have 6 people ahead of me and nothing has change from when I first called them has be 6 people from the start.... read more
Staff have compassion fatigue Think 2000 total caseload is too much ( please I managed a ranch with 3000 horses) I have sympathy for them but when they are actively not doing their job how can this be a safe place? Someone will die from this service I guarantee it.
