I came to write a review about my horrible experience and realised how accurate the bad reviews for this company are. I can’t believe how utterly unprofessional these people are and I’m shocked at their lack of human decency. I was booked a recovery at 1245pm, they sent me an automated text to be there at 1:15pm. I waited by the car till 2.15pm no sign of anyone. I call the company and they tell me “oh yeah you are the next job - driver should be with you in the next hour”. Fantastic service lads, they picked up a car from northern Ireland for me and delivered to west midlands, sensible price great customer service from manager and the driver who kept me informed about the delivery, would definitely use again, thanks lads,
Absolute worst company to use for recovery! I paid for a recovery from work to a garage costing £180, (i was told a few hours) roll on 4 phone calls and "hes on his way/ within the hour" to turning up 8 hours later. The car was meant to be delivered to a garage for work at 08.30 but was told the car is going to starage overnight and dropped off at 08.30.
