Rick is the guy to see. Super welcoming, i usually struggle with touch due to metal health but felt totally comfortable, due to the sheer professionalism shown through the sessions. Really explains whats he suspects is going on, and won’t push past any limits. He genuinely wants to help. Thanks again dude!

Richard is very knowledgeable and is able to fix things other people can’t. I lost count of how many people I paid to try and fix my lower back. I suffered for years. Richard fixed it within 3 session - please give him your money, he is very good 😌

I can't recommend Richard highly enough. An injury left restricted movement, a build up of scar tissue and a lot of pain. Knowledgeable and confident, Richard puts you completely at ease with the hands on treatment and provides personalised exercise regime to follow. I would absolutely recommend The Recovery Lab, my course of treatment has been really successful.

My Hubby virtually crawled in to his appointment to see Richard, we thought it was sciatica. Richard diagnosed a herniated disc and worked to help relieve some of the terrible pain. He gave us loads of advice and exercises and a follow up appointment a week later. By this appointment Hubby was so much better, all thanks to Richard.
