I suffer with Osteoarthritis and recently had a bad fall which impacted my knee joint. I found Recover Physio and Ian Balmer the Physiotherapist is amazing, he listened to all of my issues, set a clear manageable plan for me and encouraged me when I thought I cant do it ! I had 10 physiotherapy sessions with Ian Balmer, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, Ian was incredibly professional and, above all, amazingly patient with me. Very friendly team, Ian knows his stuff, very good at diagnosing the original cause of my injury, gave me some very well designed stretches and exercises to re build the damaged area, treatment has worked wonders! Back to full strength with no lingering issues. Highly recommend!
