Smooth and professional service. Used this company for many of my properties and will definitely recommend for sure. Reports are easy to read and clear, flexible bookings and even available on Sundays.
I have been renting out my properties for over 6 years now and have used various inventory providers in the past but none of them have been as good a Recheck. Excellent communication throughout the entire reporting process and Basualdo was always available for any queries/last minute changes I wanted to make to my reports - never waited longer than 30 minutes for a response. I came across them on social media, as I was in search of a reliable company to carry out my inventories. Since I am a landlord, they have completed multiple inventories for me.
