Excellent customer service, I came in with vague ideas of what I needed and they spent hours sat down with me discussing all of my needs, wants, and wishes. I was kept up to date with impressively prompt email responses while my wheelchair was being built. Then yet more time and care was spent making sure it fit me exactly right when it was time to receive my new wheelchair. Called in while on holiday, as I'm currently researching folding electric wheel chairs. The gentleman was very friendly, informative and understanding and gave me some positive pointers as to what to look for when buying a new chair. Currently I've got the Freedom A08 wish list. There are a few more chairs I need to check out before I make a decession. Thanks for all your help and advice
