Made an ad hoc appointment - seen same day by very helpful staff - Ashleigh and Anna. Wanted advice about purchasing a power chair that was easy for my husband to use and for me to fold and put in the boot. Bought the chair! Ashleigh knew exactly what was needed, not pushy, very good service from knowledgable staff who took time to allow my husband to try the chair and for me to try folding it & placing it in the boot of our car. Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to ensure I received my Tri Ride before my holiday. I cannot fault them. Recently I needed the handle bars adjusted and they were more than happy to help out. I would definitely buy from Recare again
