DO NOT RENT from Realjoy!!! Great location but dirty condo. We rented at Fishhouse. Floors haven’t been cleaned for months. Our feet were black from dirty floor. Paper towels looked like some one used the roll to soak up a coke. Furniture had crumbs and dirt on it. Beach chairs are rusted and broken. Deck is falling apart. Real sad great location but Realjoy doesn’t maintain. Trashy place.

Real Joy Vacation Rentals were far from delivering a joyful vacation experience for my family and I. In fact, I have never had such an unenjoyable vacation experience in my life. After coming back to our condo at the Nautilis from a day on the beach, we discovered a massive leak that was coming in from the condo above us. If there were negative stars it would be too few to review the experience my family and I have had during our trip to Ft. Walton Beach. DO NOT USE this company or any of their affiliates!!! Absolutely terrible service. We rented an expensive condo for a week and on our third night there was a massive leak from the ceiling. There was water coming from the light fixtures and electrical wiring and almost ruined our laptops and valuables. They took almost 3 HOURS to get back to us after our initial call and relocated us to a crappy 7th floor condo down the street. 1 week away from our much needed vacation and I receive a call from NO JOY Vacations telling me that they are canceling my reservation due to new ownership?!? Now the unit is booked for the rest of the year. They have no remorse, and will gladly cancel your reservation for more money.

RENTER BEWARE: My daughter rented a property in Destin for a week. The management company descriminates by age - They charge an extra 10% fee if you are under 25. They also look for any small reason to keep the security deposit of $1600. They will "review" any of the smallest issues they find and charge 4x the amount of cost, at the same time - keep an eye on your bill as they will not only keep the seciruty deposit, but also charge your Credit Card on top of this. We will be suing them to get our money returned.

BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM REAL JOY VACATIONS! They do not allow reviews to be left on their website or their Facebook page. Please read reviews on Google and BBB. We rented a condo at Edgewater Resort in February 2021. Upon arrival the unit was obviously not cleaned. Unmade beds, no towels, dried blood on a blanket, water damage in kitchen cabinets with what appeared to be black mold, etc. There was also construction debris left on the dining table. This has been a nightmare 3 days dealing with Realjoy and especially Johnathon apparently the only manager?? This house is NOT as marketed - it is the slum of all the properties that surround it. NO dishwasher. Rusted washing machine. swamp surrounding the property. Not pristine and not upscale as marketed!!! DO better customer service REALJOY. Please do yourself a favor and go with another rental agency. RealJoy Vacations is beyond unprofessional and rude. They cancelled my vacation and will not refund my money. They did not even contact me to tell me that my reservation was cancelled. There are many reputable vacation owners to go with, that treated people during the pandemic with dignity.
