The actual villa was clean and well maintained. No issues there. The issue with RealJoy is their inability to fix anything that is broken. They might want to consider that in order to improve as a company. That is my only reason for a low rating. As soon as we checked in - we notified management that the Wifi was not set up. There were also other issues like the dishwasher door wasn't closing. The kitchen didn't have a cutting board and the bathroom didn't have a hair dryer. We booked a vacation rental with Real Joy at a place called Destiny by the Sea in Destin Florida. Upon checkin...all the beds were stripped, dirty towels everywhere, no soap, dirty dishes, dirty dish towels, not one roll of toilet paper or clean sheets. Tried calling all the Real Joy phone numbers given and got fast busy signals. We had to go to a wedding dinner and had a short time to get ready. I booked a rental with this company through Airbnb. I would highly encourage against staying at a property hosted by Real Joy. On check out day, the scheduled check out time was 10am. At 9am on the dot, 2 ladies entered the apartment, without knocking. When I asked why they were here early, they stated check out time was at 9am, but it was fine and they'd come back. RealJoy did not provide a joyful vacation. We rented a condo at PCB, it was in horrible shape and should not be on the market. Most of the sliding glass doors were rotting out, bent, and unusable. They had huge gaps due to the rotting prevent the rooms from cooling properly. It also has AC issues, probably a result the the huge gaps in the doors. On June 18-June 23, 2021 I rented Fish House Grouper B1 from Real Joy Vacations. Five nights for a total of $2129.04. The pictures on their website show a clear and well-maintained condo, however this is far from the truth. I contacted Real Joy the morning after I arrived and reported several issues and sent an email with my concerns and pictures of problem areas. we rented with realjoy. terrible experience. Cando very dirty, carpet discussing, our feet were black and my 3 old son put his face on it. cockroaches in kitchen and their customer service agent are very rude and unfriendly

DO NOT RENT from Realjoy!!! Great location but dirty condo. We rented at Fishhouse. Floors haven’t been cleaned for months. Our feet were black from dirty floor. Paper towels looked like some one used the roll to soak up a coke. Furniture had crumbs and dirt on it. Beach chairs are rusted and broken. Deck is falling apart. Real sad great location but Realjoy doesn’t maintain. Trashy place.
