They are terrible. Anna is a sorry excuse for a property manager. She's rude and not accommodating. They give out false information and steal money from tenants. They are unprofessional and do not have your best interest at heart. When they make a mistake they blame you for not catching their mistake. Then they turn around and make you pay for it. If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, dishonest, and not aware of Florida rental laws. Don't rent from them.
Why do you guys suck so much? This is a fair question considering how unbelievably awful your customer service is and how you deceivingly trick college students and steal their money. You lie, you cheat, and you steal. I will NEVER do business with you and I'll be sure to advise my friends and family to do the same. Get your shit together.
