Take your business elsewhere. They have awful customer service skills and are very inconsiderate to current tenants. They almost let my cat escape when showing my place and were very difficult to work with on viewing appointments. They kept my deposit for unreasonable and excessive charges like paint and cleaning (even though I thuroughly cleaned before moving out), a “broken fridge bar” that wasn’t broken when I left, and a gulf club that was left in the shed from a previous tenant. They should start to do their job and serve their clients with professionalism, so far, the worst experience with a Property management Company. The worst so far, don't even know their order within the Company, steal your money in a sneaky way, do not hire them!
You cannot get in touch with anyone. Everytime you call the front office, Sarah picks up the phone like she has an attitude. I signed my lease in Feb 2018, didn't even get to tour my unit until June 2018, and was told I could move in Mid-july. Mid july comes (now) and no one seems to be returning my phone calls or emails. Super unprofessional place and I haven't even moved in yet (because of them).
They were 45 minutes late for first appointment. Second appointment they told us to kick rocks. I would rather listen to DESPACITO on repeat for 29.3 hours straight then rent through Benchmark Real Estate. Sharknado 3 > Benchmark Real Estate Thanks Chad.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! We had no A/C for over 5 months. The property owner switched management services because BENCHMARK was so BAD. First week with new management they filled all maintenance requests. Goes to show how important customer service is in this industry. They also owe me $34 for rent credit.
No response after showing us an apartment. Multiple attempts to reach property manager to answer questions. The office staff just take a message or I"m non hold for lengthy periods of time waiting for the voice mail to respond. How are they still in business?
They want you to pay for a roach infested apartment complex.The Alliance at 400 is a prime example of the upkeep this Real Estate Service maintains. If you're planning to rent under them, be aware of the outrageous charges they make up. TAKE PICTURES UPON MOVE IN AND MOVE OUT FOR COURT!
Very poor communication. They scam you by taking your money for the fee Then tell u that someone else got the place
