This business is uncooperative, they take HOA fees and do not provide any services, maintenance, or return calls. PLEASE call, Cale Dierking, as he has called you all, every day since December 1st! What is the $115.00 per month in HOA dues being used for, your salary to do NOTHING???? I will never recommend your services and I hope that you will give some attention to this matter and call this man, who is a homeowner in one of the managed properties you service.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I live at The Meridian in Tallahassee and it is the absolute worst!!!!!!

Never written a review before but definitely stay away from Benchmark. They're awful and will attempt to take funds from your security deposit for bs reasons. Have yet to talk with one competent person working for them.
Never rent from these people. Period. Ever. They are the worst place in Tallahassee. Benchmark is withholding my lease from me when I need to see it. They won't give me a copy( is that even legal?) Just a whole fiasco to deal with. I highly recommend doing anything you can to not deal wth these people.
To any one signing anything with benchmark name on it dont the worst experience ever customer service sucks the property management sucks on call maintenance dont respond and after 5 if u have any problem u just fucked cuz they dont care after 5 WORST REAL ESTATE SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!
