Please do not use this company ! Chantel is very unprofessional and very unethical! I recieved an email on 8/7/20 which stated “Good day, You are approved for: 228 Breezewood Lane in Clayton NC. Due to financial/credit a 1 1/2 month deposit is needed. The home is available, when are you available for the leasing appointment? Would you like an earlier move-in date?
