The worst management company experience ever. Unprofessional, lost several sets of keys, repairmen sent below average. Constant turnover of employees. Almost lost our renters.

We were surprised to receive this review from Ms. Ditri. Real Property Management Colorado managed Ms. Ditri’s property for over 5 years from September 2012 to October 2017. During this timeframe the same tenants occupied Ms. Ditri’s property and she did not experience any vacancy periods. We are unsure why Ms. Ditri states that she almost lost her tenants as a result of Real Property Management Colorado, as when Ms. Ditri took over management on October 31, 2017 the tenants were still occupying the property and to the best ... read more
