This company is trash .... they took over the property I’ve been in for 3 years the last property management company said everything would stay the same Not!!!!! They continue to harass me during covid 19 I pay 1850 in rent and they want to invade my privacy as if I was on housing this is crazy . I should have done myself a favor and read the reviews. I trusted my gut and went with this company because I really enjoyed my 2 initial experiences with Greg the owner. Once we signed the contract everything went down hill. We could not get anyone on the phone, no one knew who our sales rep was. When we asked for a new representative because we were not happy with the level of communication with Michelle, we were told sorry she is our best, so basically deal with it. We started working with Mr. Dowl in early December of 2019. Mr. Dowl wanted to begin advertising his property at a rental rate of $1950; however, we advised Mr. Dowl that we believed this rental rate was too high and he should consider dropping the price by a $100 after 1 week if the property was not rented. Mr. Dowl did not authorize a drop in rental rate till January 22nd and then he terminated on January 27th. Terrible!! I have water damage from their mgmt unit 605 Cougar Bluff Point #210, CSC 80906. I am in unit #110. My ceiling needs repair after water coming through the ceiling/fixtures. Pictures were taken by an outside contractor. Told to call Denver office Alex ******. Left several messages for repairs to be done also left message with a Richard. No response Why would BBB recommend a business that would not take care of their victims? Cora ******

Quality management company. Evan does a great job of keeping his appointments when they do inspections. They are very concerned about the upkeep of the property as we are too.

Real Property Management is the worst company I have ever rented from. Do not work with them. They are disrespectful and rude. Richard with maintenance never returns messages and ignores requests. They send staff over to the house allowing them to enter the home without permission. Multiple requests have been ignored until threatening police involvement.

An absolutely miserable experience working with every department here. 2 months since the close of our lease and we have still not seen our deposit and are still trying to wrap up some loos end with these brainless employees. good luck getting any response from this company.

My husband and I decided to rent out our house for a year and travel in our RV full time. We went with Real Property Management to manage our home while we were gone. We didn't want to stress or worry about our home and that's exactly what ended up happening. This company deserves to be shut down. Customer service is terrible and you just get blind transferred and sent to voicemail. No one ever answers or returns phone calls. Our tenants complained of a gas leak in late Oct 2018. They rip-off their tenants with the security deposits, I will be filing a small claims action against them. They don't even deserve 1 star. Before you rent I suggest you make sure RPM is not the management or leasing agent.

Worst property management company experience. Did not screen tenants, who destroyed the inside of my home. They did not fix water leaking issue which ended up costing me a large claim on my insurance. The contractors they use are a rip off, trying to charge for things that are not needed. Cannot ever get through to talk to their staff, who may or may not call you back. Horrible company...avoid them or you will be sorry you went with them.

We feel badly that the tenants damaged the home and all tenants are responsible for their own actions.
