Good company so far. They have many options to pay my rent. Good with communication.
Company is not to be trusted. Had to file complaint with Maryland Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division Case MU-252704 Original Date filed was April 19 2015 and still not corrected. All documentation to prove they falsified charges and fees from previous tenants and claimed we violated lease because we refused to pay utilities (water bill from November 2014 We moved in after February 25 2015) and an electric bill from before February 25 2015. Rip off they sneak things in and try to bill you then get loud with you....these people are crooked and a joke...STAY AWAY first and last encounter with his place...didn't even do a walk through with us before move in but magically have their own inspection I can't see because it is "proprietary" so how am I suppose to agree to their listed damage?? Scammers Scammers scammers!!
