I love this company!!! We moved into a condo in Germantown 6 months ago. One night we had a leak issue and I was able to call their maintenance line. They responded at 2am. The next day a contractor called me to schedule an appointment to fix the issue.
I recently rented a townhouse that these guys are managing in Gaithersburg and have had a positive experience so far. They seem to be pretty organized and pleasant to work with. I was trying to work with a couple of realtors also and they were horrible in communicating and follow up. These guys so far have been excellent in communication! I hope to continue to have a positive experience with them!
We have a townhouse in Germantown that we have been renting out for several years. Up until now we were handling things on our own. The last tenant we had stopped paying rent and that's when our issues started. Thankfully RPM Capital came to our rescue. We were referred to RPM by a family friend who uses them. They handled the entire legal process to get the tenant out. Moving forward now we know what to do and what not to do when it comes to finding good tenants.
Sonya and Veronica have been great to work with. We recently switched management companies after a nightmare experience. The previous company stopped answering my calls, my emails and did not send any rent money to us for the last 3 months! The RPM team helped us get things back in order. It was a rough transition since the previous company had disappeared but now things are much better and I feel these guys have things in control. Thanks Veronica and Sonya for cleaning up my mess!
I recently hired Real Property Management 8n Rockville to help me with a townhouse I own in Frederick. I used to live in this townhouse and when I moved to Fairfax 3 years ago, my brother moved in. We hired Real Property Management a few months ago to manage our house in Rockville and are very happy with their services. They seem to know the market very well and I also like that they seem to be with the times. I have used other property management companies in the past and they all seem to be living in the past, whereas these guys are very technologically savvy.
