I used RPM from 2015 - 2020 to manage my rental townhouse. During that time the tenant stopped paying rent and we decided to evict the tenant. The property was totally trashed including person-sized holes in the walls, broken kitchen cabinets, etc. RPM said that all those damages were within normal wear and tear. I just moved to Gaithersburg for a new job and rented a townhouse from Real Property Management. The entire process with them was very professional and smooth. Maria and Ruth have been particularly very helpful. The application process and move in was very quick and clear. Moving us not a lot of fun, too many things going on that can stress you out. Working with RPM helped me reduce the things that I had to stress about this time around.
Great experience with Veronica and Sonya. They know the laws, are very transparent and straightforward. Being a landlord is not necessarily a lot of fun, but these guys do a great job and have decreased my stress.
I have been looking to hire a new property manager to help with my townhouse in Rockville for quite some time and found Real Property Management online recently. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, so far communication has been so much better then the previous company I was with. I visited their office today and got to meet a couple of the folks on the team. I am looking forward to a long, productive relationship with them.

My experience with this company has been great so far. Sonya and Veronica have been my primary contacts and both ladies seem to genuinely care for their customers. I am reasonably new and inexperienced at being a landlord and have learned a lot from these guys. Owning a rental property can be stressful but if you surround yourself with good people it can be a lot less stressful.
Excellent service, great communication and reasonable rates. I really feel that these guys care about you and your house. I have been using them now for over a year and have been very pleased. We just had tenants move out and RPM was able to find new tenants in less than 2 weeks.
