Real Property Management Capital has been managing our house in Catonsville (Baltimore County) for almost 2 years and we have been happy with their services. We recently had a tenant move out and RPM handled everything. They took 100+ pictures when they did the move out walk through and were also able to save us money by using their contractors. Best of all, we didn't really have to do much! I am hoping the new tenant they found will end staying in the house for a while!

I was referred to Real Property Management by a friend who is also using their services. I recently moved from Northern Virginia to Montgomery County (Germantown) due to a new job and ended up renting a townhouse from Real Property Management. My experience with them has been great so far. I have dealt with property managers and realtors in the past and most of them only care about their commissions. Not the case with these guys, they go out of their way to explain all of the policies and procedures up front. I am looking forward to staying in my new home in Germantown for a long time!

I recently had to move to Montgomery County from Virginia due to a new job and ended up renting a townhouse in Silver Spring from RPM Capital. The place that I ended up renting is an older place that needed some work when I originally saw it. I let RPM know what I wanted done and they told me that they would have to ask the owner and could only do what the owner approved and was willing to pay for.
