I have done business her for over 20 years, I have had several repairs done and have always been satisfied. My husband and I both had our wedding rings redesigned, with help from Duane, and then redone! Love them!

Years ago we had a necklace custom made for me. It is absolutely gorgeous. We also had changes to a ring which was done well. We also bring in our watches for battery replacement. I have had repairs done quickly , less expensive than big box jewelers. Always friendly and ready to serve. Plus they are close and convenient. I really missed this store when it was closed for awhile, so glad they re-opened.

My husband bought my engagement ring from these guys, they told him it was white gold .. Two months after wearing it, it was completely yellow! Come to find out they applied rhodium over a yellow gold band. When it was brought to their attention they did not stand behind their sale and have forever lost us as customers!
Phenomenal consultation and Duane creates a stress free environment. He is honest when it comes to trends and what he feels is correct. 30+ years of experience tells it all. Thanks once again Duane, Carolina absolutely loves the ring!
