Absolutely AMAZED with the resetting of 4 old rings containing diamonds and amethyst. Duane assisted in honing in my foggy vision, as I really didn't know what I wanted. He worked me and showed me a few things to help me get to what I hoped would be something nice. The end product - 2 FABULOUS rings. Instead of my jewels sitting in a drawer, they are now blinging out my fingers. Cannot say enough good things about Real Gem Jewelers and Duane. Beyond pleased - ECSTATIC over my new rings!
