I am so happy with all the work I have had done at Real Gem. I have had a watch made into ta bracelet and multiple rings resized, prongs fixed and diamonds reset in rings. Everything always looks so brand new when it's all done.
I recently had my grandmothers ring repaired at Real Gem. The setting needed to be tightened and Real Gem advised that two prongs be added. The jeweler matched the prongs to the existing setting so they look original. And when the ring got a good cleaning, it was almost unrecognizable. So beautiful and my grandmother would be thrilled to see a ring she loved so much looking so beautiful. Thank you!!

I recently had my 39 year old diamond reset at REAL Gem. It was a great experience. The staff helped me select the best setting for my stone. It was ready when promised and I couldn't be happier!
