Lovely people, wide range of chandlery items.
Such a great company, whilst now boating on the Thames I ran out of diesel and unfortunately RMS do not sell diesel. They allowed me to moor up and even gave me a lift to the nearest petrol station very friendly staff and on my next passing I unfortunately got caught on a sandbank, wake From a larger vessel pulled me into it. After 20 Minutes they obviously spotted my predicament and sent their ferryboat out to assist me. Credit to the boating community, Well done, guys
We had an onboard medical emergency while in holiday boating in the Thames. We pulled in here and the staff were so kind and helpful. They helped turn a stressful event into a pleasant experience and gave us invaluable aid. Highly recommend and much thanks.
After visiting a couple of days ago for a life Jacket for the dog,I found the team knowledgeable and extremely helpful,we visited again today for an extra paddle and once again we were greeted with fantastic knowledge and help,you are treated like you have known them for years,extremely happy with the service,highly recommended and will definitely recommend to others
