Reactive Drains provided an excellent service this morning we had a blocked drain. Tony arrived promptly at 9 am and was calm, polite, and professional throughout. He greeted us, listened carefully to the problem, and reassured us before getting straight to work. Within minutes, he had unblocked the drain and even took the time to give the other pipes a thorough clean. We were very impressed with his professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Tony you are truly an asset to Reactive drains.

Our drains were blocked and Lee came round promptly and solved the problem. The price was reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend.

I had a blocked drainage issue outside my property and contacted Reactive Drains Birmingham in the morning. Later that same day, a specialist Lee arrived with his assistant and quickly resolved the problem. They worked efficiently, professionally, and effectively. The pricing was excellent, and I was very impressed with their prompt response and quality of service. I highly recommend them for any drainage issues! A+++

Lee was extremely reliable. He turned up when he did he would and anyways made us aware of when he would arrive. He fixed our problem straight away and was happy to liaise with other workmen involved in the job on our behalf. Would recommend .

Came out within half an hour of me calling because it was close of business on Saturday of the bank holiday weekend and he didn’t want to leave me with the problem over the weekend. Job done quickly and all sorted. (Photos before and after but other way round ) Thank you 🙂
