Recently rented an apartment with James as the agent. All my interactions with him so far have been really good. He went above and beyond trying to correct a misunderstanding around white goods being included in the rental and provided them himself. He's really friendly and approachable and I have every confidence that the relationship with him as an agent acting on behalf of the landlord will be really great during my rental. I would definitely recommend him to any renters around Bristol/ Gloucester way.
