Sorry to say, but this agent is the worst agent I ever encounter, he is lack of responsiveness. He showed me and my family a house and once I offered, he never get back to me, it seems like he never follow up or he never cares about it. If the offer is not good, or the seller wants to negotiate, he should have notify me or at least give me a call, however, he never did one of those. . . he gave me a feeling like .. just he doesn't care. To sum up.. he's not a good agent, base on my experience..
Still working with him, going to contract. He is very professional and knowledgable. Always returns calls in a timely manner and even texts when necessary.
When we had to sell our home in Maspeth, NY in about a month, as we were relocating to the Rochester, NY area, HL (Huang L.) and his father were absolutely amazing. They were able to sell our home very quickly. They are so professional, personable and very accommodating. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants/needs to sell their home and get a great price, even in today's market. Selling a home is very stressful, the Kuos made it a pleasant experience.
