My experience with Lissette has been one of pure professionalism on her part. We purchased our co-op in 2015 in Queens NY and were impressed by her presentation. Prior to purchase she helped us in recommending what bank can be used, what paperwork would be needed and who we can use to do renovations that we desired. Lissette Abreu sold 2 houses for me and I wouldn't use anyone else. She is honest, beyond trustworthy and knows the market. And, unlike the typical, annoying real estate person, she doesn't b.s. you. She is a very real, down-to-earth person. Lissette sold both houses very quickly and even helped us find someone to remove the junk in them at a very reasonable price (both houses were being sold after the deaths of elderly family members).
