After interviewing several Real Estate Agents, since having my house on the market with another Real Estate Agency that produced no good offers. I decided to go with Vincent O'Connell. Working with Vincent was a wonderful experience, he is very knowledgeable and thorough. He helped me tremendously with selecting the right person to purchase my family's home, doing it in the timeframe he promised. I would highly recommend him to others.

Vincent was excellent through the whole process. Even when we had a some obstacles due to Seller/Tenant issues he went above and beyond to help resolve problems and get us to our closing date. We would highly recommend working with Vincent whether looking to buy or selling a home. We had worked with a few other not so great agents before him and were so very happy to finally find someone who actually seemed interested in what we wanted and not just making a sale.

Mr of Connell will work tirelessly for months on end until he finds you what you requested. I know as I had him looking all over the Queens area for me and showing me every house that was on the market. His professional Alisa and keep own how is exemplary and without fail he found us the house with all amenities that we had requested of him.

I must say that Vincent O'Connell is an amazing Agent. He's honest,forthright, professional, and is an expert in his field. The type of house I had it was hard to find comps, Vincent set the price for my home, it was literally right on the money. Higher then any other homes in my area. Vincent actually set the price and raised the value of homes in my area. Now that's a pro. He helped me all the way, running around with paper work and contracts. Vincent put many hours of hard work in with meeting prospective buyers and hosting open houses in order to maximise opportunities for these buyers to view my property. I would highly recommend Vincent to anybody wanting to sell, in the knowledge that he will put 100% effort to get the best and most realistic price possible.
