I worked with Liliana on purchasing a home in 2016. The level of service we received was exceptional - she was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. She guided us through the entire process from viewing, bidding, negotiation, financing, paperwork, closing etc. It is an in-depth process that can at times be overwhelming but Liliana and her team are all experienced professionals who made it extremely manageable. I believe we were lucky to have found her.
Alan is great. He made the experience extremely smooth. He was very responsive and not pushy at all. Buying a home (especially one's first home) can be painful at times. However, he helped immensely. He was so helpful that I referred him to a good friend of mine who is currently closing on his first home. Alan is great and I would highly recommend again.
