We had a very good experience. We had a lengthy search to find a home we wanted, and Eddie stayed the course with us trying to navigate a really aggressive market with very few houses available. We had a lot of issues to be negotiated with regard to the inspection on our new home and Eddie was very patient and kept us realistic on what we could really expect the Seller to do. We listed our 28 acres, 3 bed 3 bath home with Evan. It was not an easy place to sell with so many acres! Evan never gave up and always had words of encouragement when we were ready to give up!
