I cannot comment from the perspective of a seller. However, dealing with Remax as a prospective buyer was a deeply unpleasant experience. I found a property and set my heart on it. Sellers accepted an offer and thanks to Remax's handling of the sale it resulted in things going south in a matter of days to the point that the sellers would not accept any other offer.
