Kendall and Jennifer took the worst possible situation of a short sale and got the best possible outcome. They were patient even though the situation took a considerable amount of time to work the sale.

Kendall is a great agent who really cares about her clients. She is kind, informative, and always tries to guide you during your process. When we were searching for properties she took the time to explain the area and discussed with us the pro's and con's of each property we were interested in.
