When I showed interest in a home, Jason called me within five minute. He sent me daily emails on homes meeting my criteria and offered to show me any home I was interested in. When he wasn't available, Jen was happy to show me homes and answer any and all questions. They walked me through the closing step by step, and now I have my dream home. Kendall and her team are excellent! Many meaningful advices prior to listing. Amazing Open House and house was sold in three weeks. Kendall's professionalism stands above everything else. If you want to sell the house, call Kendall.
Overall, a great experience. Kendall knew we needed to sell our house fast (mainly so we could move to NC). Her team worked hard to market our house and it was under contract very quickly.
Jason was a very important part of the process to find a house for us. We told him what we wanted and he came to us with many alternatives. He also was involved during the mortgage process and keep us informed all the time.
My husband and I used Kendall Bonner to sale our home and to also purchase our "dream home" and I must say we are overly satisfied with our purchase and service. Kendall is an amazing realtor. She answered all our questions, then made things happen very fast. Her excellent photos of our house were perfect at showing its best features and she had them up on the web in short order. She dealt with the buyer's difficult realtor professionally and saved us from some very unrealistic demands of the buyer. Kendall is one of those rare people who can make buying or selling a home actually enjoyable. She gets results and I highly recommend her.
