Debbie recently helped us buy our first home in Lutz. Lana is a great agent and thanks to her I bought a condo that I like. She is very professional and have experience and knowledge but most of all she likes her job. That is why she is very successful. We interviewed a few Agents recommended by coworkers and friends. We liked Duane the best, he worked hard for us and went above a beyond. We were moving out of state and had to leave our house, while we were gone Duane checked on the house and found a small roof leak. We contacted a contractor and Duane was able help facilitate the repair since we were over 1000mi away.

We just purchased a new home thanks to the help of Debra! We we're in the middle of selling a home and relocating about an hour away, Debra was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We we're on strict time restraints due to crazy work schedules and she was always available to show us a house or answer any questions we had. My husband and I were referred to Kendall Bonner and Ms. Jenn (an associate) through a family member. They were amazing in walking us through a year long process of short selling our home. Jason listed our home and actually got us much more money for it that it was listed for. He then helped us find the perfect home to buy and was great throughout the whole process. Some agents have no personal contact with their clients but I cannot say that about him. He cared about us and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. He was great from start to finish and I will recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Lana was recommended by a family member that used her to sell her house. Lana was professional and an expert on selling in our area of Land O Lakes, FL. We had our initial meeting with her and she had all the comparables and a list of what needed to be changed to appeal to the buyer read to go. We listed our house and 3 days later it was sold.
