Wonderful demeanor and quick to respond to questions and concerns, wonderful agent and person! Met during an open house and Amani was helpful with answering questions and providing us the direction we needed to begin the process to purchase the home.
Kim and Nick did not due their due diligence in researching a house that we put an offer in for. I had to find out from the loan processor that the house would need flood insurance. This of course was after I had already paid for the home inspection and appraisal.
Treated us like family through the entire process and still continue long after the sale. Worked hard day and night! Highly recommend. Very personable and down to earth. Felt more like a friendship than a customer of a business.
Lana Rosenbaum was awesome. She helped us every step of the way and explained everything twice every step of the way. I would use her again with any of my real estate transactions.
