I worked with Jason on my home purchase several months ago. Frankly, my whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Jason was quite knowledgeable from the the lending process through the house hunting and deal making stage. We viewed sixteen properties, before I found my dream home. I'm just thrilled with the fact that he negotiated the price to $5,000 below the asking price and he got the sellers to pay my closing costs. Jason is real trooper.
Jason and Jen Catalanotto went above and beyond ordinary expectations of what realtors should do. Since I was looking for a property in an area that was 2 hours away from where I lived, I knew it would be difficult to say the least. They made it seem effortless by doing most of the leg work for me. They knew exactly what I was looking for , and provided excellent service. Thumbs up !!
Lana was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about pricing our home and the area market. The photographer she hired took amazing photos and video. Lana sold our home in less than 24 hours for full asking price and 3 days later helped us purchase our new home. If needed I will definitely use Lana again!!
