I owned a rental property in Seven Oaks and wanted to sell it without disruption to the tenants. Lana was able to get me exactly the amount I wanted without putting the house on the market. Most impressively, within 24 hours of contacting her she was able to get me an offer, and the sale closed quickly and without incident. It was by far the easiest real estate transaction I've ever had, and this was because of Lana's expertise. She will be my go-to realtor from now on.

I worked with several agents before Lana none of which showed me anything good and who seemed to try and push me into a home I didn't like, Lana on the other hand spent a lot of time with me until I found the right home with no pressure from her to buy anything I didn't like, I would and will recommend Lana and her team to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

What can I say, Duane sold my house in 5 days at the high price the house was valued at. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He answered all my questions quickly and was extremely knowledgeable about the market. Above all he made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was 1200 miles away and I knew I had nothing to worry about. That was extremely important to me. When the time comes to sell my Mom's house I will definitely call Duane and recommend him Highly!!!
