We had a great experience using Joe as our realtor. We're novice home buyers so he really helped walk us through the process. He was responsive by text or phone and was very flexible about showing us houses during times that worked with our schedule. He also used great negotiating skills in advising to offer asking price on the home we ended up buying, but then held firm when the appraisal came in significantly lower. Overall, I would highly recommend him!

Lori was kind, professional and proactive with the sale of my parents home. Her communication was outstanding, her attention to detail gave me peace of mind and her overall positive attitude kept me going. She went above and beyond in so many ways that she did not need to, but she did it all with a smile and caring attitude.
