Janine was everything you would want in a realtor. She was on top of every detail, and always kept us informed. Whatever she said she was going to do, she always did, and she did it well. I never had to be concerned about loose ends - she took care of virtually everything. And on top of that, she is just a great person and easy to work with. 5 stars isn't enough - she's a 10! BTW, our house sold in 2 days thanks to all of her prep work.
Janine worked quickly to advertise our home and showcase it for Open House. She negotiated offers and counter offers for us even while she was on vacation. Janine is enthusiastic and works hard to ensure that everything goes smoothly. I highly recommend her as an agent.

Janine was very proactive in finding us the house we wanted and negotiating a deal for us. She did an awesome job and was very persistent. We also had her sell our house and we were happy to have multiple offers within the first few weeks due to her ability to accurately price and to spend the time to get to know the house.
