Lori helped us buy our home in 2015. We were the first home she ever sold 'over FaceTime'. We were in Texas and could not make the drive to California and we were pressed for time to make an offer. Once escrow opened, she facilitated repairs by the owners and helped us coordinate our moving in. She is professional and prompt with responses. She has the best interests of her client in mind. I highly recommend Debbie Gradias! She's very knowledgeable, prompt and very responsive. Everything was explained step by step which was very helpful with us being a first time homebuyers. Although she had other clients, we were never rushed through viewings or meetings. We do intend to purchase more property with Debbie in the future.

Lori is very professional she listed our home on a Sunday evening and we had a full price offer by Monday evening. The buyers agent was not a very pleasant person to work with and Lori stayed professional and calm and kept us on track and calm through out. We closed on time and with no problems thanks to Lori.
