Escrow Joe was recommended by the Wells Fargo bank agent that I was dealing with at the time, and I feel fortunate that he was able to find the property I needed. Joe knows his business. He does his research, and I appreciate that! He was also able to help me when I needed to sell my property, so I have done business with him on two occasions. Should I need a realtor for a third time, I hope I will be able to deal with Escrow Joe once again.
