We bought a house over 8 years ago with the help of Escrow Joe. We decided to list the house to Escrow Joe to sell this year since he did a wonderful job last time. We have sold and bought with Lori. She is super responsive and on it! She is very respectful of the buyer and provides all the necessary information for the buyer to make decisions quickly. When we sold our house, she took the time to fix our front yard herself to make sure it presented well. She’s a gem. The process was very smooth for both buying and selling.
